Returns Policy

All you need to do in order to return something is send an email with your order number and the item/items that you wish to send back stated. Please make sure you return your order within 14 days of receiving; only unworn items in their packaging may be returned.

How to return an item

State the item/items you would like to return and let me know whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.
Package up items to be returned back to Chy Lowena, Rectory Road, St Buryan, Penzance, Cornwall TR196BB.

Non-returnable items

Sale or promotional items
Altered or customised jewellery
Pierced jewellery such as earrings

Receiving a refund

Once your return has been received and approved an email will be sent to you, letting you know of the refund details. A refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

Receiving an exchange

If you wanted to exchange an item of the same value your new order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your return. If the exchange item is of a higher value than the item you are returning, you will have to pay the difference in cost before the new item is dispatched.
