Can I return/exchange my item?

Items can be returned in their original packaging within 14 days unless they have have been customised, are earrings, or were in the sale. Please see our returns section for more information on how to return/exchange items.

How long will my personalised jewellery order take?

Most standard personalised jewellery can be made and sent out within 3-7days. When you order, you will be notified of the date when it will be posted. If there is a delay you will be notified.

My item has not arrived?

At peak times, items may take longer to arrive than usual. If this has happened, please contact me by email and I will do my best to speed up the process. I can only do this with items that are sent by a trackable service.

I’ve ordered the incorrect sized ring, chain or bangle?

Some of my rings and bangles can be resized for a small charge. The service for this is is available by emailing me. This service is not available for rings which have a stone set into them.

Item needed urgently?
